This publication is the World Bank's annual report on the external financing of developing countries. It contains data on total external debt stocks and flows, aggregates, and key debt ratios, providing a detailed, country-by-country picture of debt. The report also discusses the importance of harnessing cyclical gains to promote long-term investment and growth in developing countries.
