This research investigates the association between the institutionalization of ethics, quality of work life (QWL), and employee job-related outcomes in Thai workplaces. Data were collected via questionnaires mailed to human resource managers of 514 Thai companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, achieving a response rate of 31.9%. The findings reveal a positive relationship between the implicit form of ethics institutionalization and both lower-order and higher-order aspects of QWL. Additionally, the implicit form of ethics institutionalization and the two aspects of QWL positively impact three employee job-related outcomes: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and team spirit. The study validates previous research findings in the U.S. and underscores the importance of ethics institutionalization and QWL programs for business organizations in Thailand.
